Jim and Darlene sold our first home in Moorpark almost 30 years ago and we were impressed with them the moment we met them.

When we were moving out of state and the moving van was already on its way – I realized in all the bustle of packing, I had forgotten to remove wooden shelves from my kitchen that had been handmade by my father. As we were immediately flying out, I was distraught and didn’t know what to do and Darlene offered to remove and secure the shelves until plans could be made to ship them to our new home.

That moment I knew these were rare people who cared about their clients and we became fast friends.

Within the same year, as luck would have it, we moved straight back to California and again Jim and Darlene were the realtors to help us buy another home in Moorpark.
