We met Jim at an open house that we wandered into and were immediately impressed by him.

He gave us his contact info and promised not to bug us and stuck to his word (not like those used car salesman tactics that we ran into so many times).

As soon as we were ready to go look at a place, he jumped to it and got us right in. From that point on through the purchasing of the house he made sure all questions were answered and T’s were crossed, which was important as first-time buyers.

Now we’ve been there for almost a year and he continues to check in on us and make sure everything is good. So glad we happened to run into and meet him before we had made any moves.
