Jim and Darlene were patient for about three or four years keeping me posted on current values for my condo in T.O. Finally I contacted them when I wanted out of CA.
Jim went over selling “as is” vs updating. We decided updating would be the best benefit for me. I had already left CA so he directed and advised me of the progress.
Let’s just say it made a huge difference on the sales price.
