Built on a gently sloping hillside, you’ll find that many Quailridge homes along Alderbrook Street are located on progressively higher levels adding a nice separation between homes. At the top of Alderbrook, north-facing homes offer stunning views toward Ojai and the Topa-Topa Mountains. The winter views of snowcapped mountain are magnificent! Other streets have cul-de-sacs providing for reduced traffic and a tree-lined, hometown feel.

Four floorplans offer plenty of space with two-story volume ceilings and surprisingly spacious square footage compared to other homes in its price range. Through the years, some homeowners have added second-floor lofts for even move living space. But you won’t find single-story floorplans in Quailridge.

What you will find amazing is the size of the master bedroom suites! You won’t find another floorplan in this price range with an oversized master bedroom with sitting area plus an ensuite bathroom with an oval soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities and walk-in closets.

All front yards in Quailridge are maintained (and watered) by the HOA making the neighborhood consistently green and manicured. That saves you money!

Located in the master-planned community of Mountain Meadows, Quailridge has a relatively low Homeowner Association fee that offers a lot of amenities! Enjoy the community pool and spa with a community room that is perfect for private parties and neighborhood get-togethers.

The saying “Location, Location, Location,” really applies to Quailridge homes. They’re built adjacent to Tierra Rejada Park with a large picnic pavilion, play area, and tennis/pickleball and basketball courts.

Additionally, shopping, restaurants, gym, and schools are all close by for easy access by walking, biking, or a quick drive.

One thing to note about the Quailridge neighborhood is that most of the lots are smaller but the houses are larger than other homes in the price range. That makes for a little higher-density neighborhood. But many find the trade-off for a larger house with a community pool near parks, schools and shopping well worth it. You just might too! (But keep your eyes open for one of the prime lots with incredible views or one of the rare oversized pie-shaped yards.)
